FIELD: production of anisotropic crystalline films applicable in microelectronics, optics, communication and computing devices, decoration-applied art, etc. SUBSTANCE: method consists in that colloid system with anisotropic particles is subjected to external treatment for reduction of its viscosity, then to orientation action with subsequent removal of treatment results, or it is subjected to additional treatment for restoration of at least initial value of viscosity. The second version is distinguished by the fact that treatment for reduction of viscosity is realized in vessel, and orientation is effected by passing the colloid system through die under pressure.
