FIELD: medicine, in particular, organism's excreta absorbing materials. SUBSTANCE: absorbing filler has first structure containing upper layer of first fibrous material 3 having wet compressibility of about 5 cu.cm g -1, drop draining capacity of at least 10 g-1. First structure has first superabsorbing material 5 with nonreducing dynamic swelling rate. Second structure has second fibrous material 6 and second superabsorbing material 7 with dynamic swelling rate of at least 0.2 g and absorbing capacity under pressure of 50 cm-2 of at least 15 g-1. Dynamic swelling rate of first superabsorbing material does not exceed 2/3 of that of second superabsorbing material. Absorbing filler allows improved treatment of absorbed individual's excreta within the whole volume of filler to be provided. EFFECT: increased efficiency in absorbing and safe storage of individual's excreta. 16 cl, 2 tbl, 7 ex
