FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has implants fixed in the patient mandible and elongation members mounted on the implants each having an attached rod for fastening and supporting prosthesis. The rod and elongation members are designed as integral supporting section usable for holding prosthesis that rests on the implants without intermediate pieces being needed. Elongation members and implants are engaged in butt joint positioned below gingival surface. The elongation members are set in parallel to the implants and have external dimensions matching exactly those of the implants. Method for manufacturing involves techniques used for setting the system into mandible. EFFECT: high accuracy in fitting system parts to each other and adjusting their positions relative to occlusion line. 6 cl, 5 dwg
