FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves freezing blood plasma samples or blood plasma preparations, treating them with gamma-radiation at a dose of 40-50 kGr and then defrosting the samples. The blood preparation samples are frosted at 0.2-2.0 C/min rate until temperature of minus 60-196 C is reached. Gamma-radiation treatment is carried out step-by-step making pauses between radiation steps. Defrosting is carried out at 20-30 C/min rate until temperature of plus 5-10 C is reached. Plasma samples plasma preparation samples are optionally subjected to ultrasonic radiation treatment at known frequency so that specific absorbed energy is equal to 103 to 106 kJ/kg.
