SUBSTANCE: system including working chamber and electric radio-frequency generator also includes capacitor unit. Working chamber and capacitor unit are connected with said generator with formation of differentiating RC-circuit. In variant of invention with program control, system includes program setter whose outlet is connected to control inlet of capacitor unit. In other variant of invention with automatic control of on-off time ratio of supply voltage pulses, system includes regulator and detector of on-off time ratio whose inlet is connected with circuit for supplying voltage to working chamber. Outlet of said detector is connected with inlet of regulator whose outlet is connected with control inlet of capacitor unit.
