SUBSTANCE: High-density polyethelene with different molecular and thermal indices is synthesized in suspension regimen of polymerization reaction at temperatures 70-80 C, under pressure 0.1-1.5 MPa by effect of novel 2,6-bis-(imino)pyridyl complexes of the formula: where M means Fe+2, Co+2; R1 means methyl group; R3 means hydrogen atom, methyl, ethyl or isopropyl group; R4 means hydrogen atom or methyl group; R2 means cycloalkyl group with carbon atom number 6, not less, and alkylalumoxane. Toluene, n-hexane, benzine and others are used as hydrocarbon solvents.
