FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the catalyst component for the ethylene polymerization, to the catalyst, and to the catalyst production method. Catalyst component has a structure represented by general formula 1, where the cycloalkyl substituent is selected from a group comprising cyclopropyl, cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, cycloheptyl, cyclooctyl, cyclononyl, cyclodecyl, cycloundecyl and cyclododecyl (i.e. k = 1...10); and substitutes R1 and R2 are independently selected from a group comprising alkylaromatic substitutes of formula CH3-x(Ar)x (1 ≤ x ≤ 3) and cycloalkyl substitutes C3-12. Catalyst for polymerisation of ethylene to obtain high-linear polyethylene includes at least one compound of general formula 1; at least one aluminum organic activator, optionally ethylene, and at least one hydrocarbon solvent. Method of preparing catalyst includes mixing in any sequence of suspension or solution of at least one compound of general formula 1, suspension or solution of at least one organo-aluminum activator optionally in presence of ethylene in the medium of at least one hydrocarbon solvent.
EFFECT: obtaining catalyst component not described before for production of high-linear polyethylene with MM 12.3…598.5 kg/mol and catalyst containing said component.
