FIELD: methods of blowing fine particles containing metal oxides into reducing gas. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction of central material jet formed by fine particles and carrier gas and at least one jet formed by secondary gas and directed opposite to material jet to spray material jet. Device for blowing fine particles containing metal oxides into flow of reducing gas has space limited by wall for reception of reducing gas made in the form of tube through which blowing nozzle passes. Blowing nozzle is made integral with central tube directing fine particles and carrier gas. Blowing nozzle has at least one sprayer located at central tube mouth and connected to gas line for supply of secondary gas. In this case, longitudinal axis of sprayer forms an angle with longitudinal axis of central tube, and longitudinal axis of blowing nozzle is directed along longitudinal axis of tube. Jet of fine particles is directed at an angle of 100-160 deg to flow of reducing gas for ensuring uniform distribution of fine particles in reducing gas and optimal contact of fine particles with reducing gas. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 17 cl, 6 dwg
