FIELD: design of radiation meters. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in development of installations measuring dosage rate of ionizing radiation. According to proposed way particle flux is directed on to oscillating piezo-resonance sensor and change of period or phase of oscillation of sensor caused by interaction of radiation and material of piezo-resonance sensor and proportional to ionization value is recorded. Technical result of invention lies in recording of comparatively low fluxes of ionizing radiation ( 103 particle/s and less ) with energy up to MeV units. EFFECT: recording of comparatively low fluxes of ionizing radiation. 1 dwg
