FIELD: engineering of dosimetric devices, possible use for controlling radiation situation at industries during operations connected to decontamination, and for individual dosimetric control.
SUBSTANCE: device contains control source, one or more radiation detectors, counting and indication unit. Power source is made on piezo-elements, while semiconductor elements for counting and indication are positioned inside a protective cover, made of lead, for example. Device additionally includes direct reading dosimeter, connected to power source on piezo-elements.
EFFECT: increased reliability, radiation resistance and assurance of constant readiness.
