SUBSTANCE: bushing has current-carrying rod, insulation covered on underside with electricity conducting rubber having volumetric resistivity ρ_v = (1-5) Ohm-cm, bushing of electricity conducting rubber having volumetric resistivity ρ_v = (10-40) Ohm-cm, , supporting bushing, upper and lower shields, and epoxy protective part. According to first alternative epoxy protective part is made in the form of cylinder and according to second alternative, in the form of cone whose taper angles on external and internal surfaces is 25-40 and 30-50 deg., respectively.
