SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to phthisiology, and can be used in treating patients with drug-sensitive respiratory tuberculosis with stage 5 chronic kidney disease without bacterial excretion. Before starting the treatment, the necessary examinations are carried out, after which the patients are divided into 2 groups depending on the extent of the tuberculosis process, the type of renal replacement therapy, as well as the presence of a comorbid pathology. During the treatment, each group receives chemotherapy with four- and three-component phases and anti-tuberculosis drugs caused by the type of renal replacement therapy.

EFFECT: invention enables to select an optimal treatment strategy providing an effective result in tuberculosis processes of various severity.
