SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to phthisiology, and can be used as recommendations when forming a chemotherapy regimen for tuberculosis of respiratory organs in children without bacterial release and without a risk of multiple and broad drug resistance of tuberculosis mycobacteria. Method involves evaluating the timing of symptoms of intoxication, normalizing blood analysis during chemotherapy, type of X-ray dynamics to 2 months of chemotherapy, as well as accounting for additional parameters, such as early age of patient, presence of the widespread, complicated process, disseminated or generalized forms of tuberculosis, presence of unavoidable by-effects on isoniazid or rifampicin, proving necessity of prolongation of intensive phase of chemotherapy.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows higher clinical effectiveness, reduced possibility of recurrences by determining the duration of the intensive phase of chemotherapy.
