In one variation the device for clinical electric pore forming has an electrode in the form of a group of needles, which determines the preset value of voltage of the treatment pulse. A number of constructions of the electrode applicator provides for an access and treatment of various tissue areas. The other version of realization represents a laparoscopic needle applicator, which is preferably combined with an endoscope for minimum invasive electric pore forming therapy.
