FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for electroporation. Proposed device comprises electric pulse generator, control unit, working and shielding needle electrodes. Generator of electric pulses includes two units of electric pulses of opposite polarity, synchronized by control unit. Device is additionally equipped with a working electrode for providing a pair of working electrodes with possibility of alternate connection of a pair of working electrodes to outputs of units of opposite polarity. Shielding electrodes are connected by common bus and connected to neutral outputs of interconnected blocks of opposite polarity.
EFFECT: reduction of muscular contraction is ensured during electroporation procedure, elimination of possibility of malignant cells carrying out beyond the limits of operative field at removal of working needle electrode and creation of effective electric fields used in clinical practice.
