FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: camshaft intake phase shifter has drive gear installed for turning on camshaft, bevel gear integral with drive gear, outer lever, pressure fork, guide shaft, bevel gear sectors with levers, and rocker. Rocker moves along guide shaft and thrusts by its arms against levers of bevel gear sectors and support bearing used to transmit effort from non-rotating fork to rotating rocker. Sectors of bevel gears with levers are in constant meshing with bevel gear and camshaft drive gear and are secured on axle square to axis of camshaft at opposite sides of camshaft. Outer lever transmits effort through fork to support bearing when accelerator pedal is pressed on. EFFECT: increased efficiency of engine operation. 3 dwg
