FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine includes cylinder block, restricting circuit and movement transducer. Cylinders are installed in two parallel rows. Movement transducer is located on longitudinal symmetry axis, connected to the main shaft of engine and includes a rocking lever attached to the drive gear or cast together with drive gear. Piston-rods connected to two pistons are hinged to each end of rocking lever. Movement transducer represents a combination of two cylindrical planetary reduction gears in-series located on common shaft that is a symmetry axis for those reduction gears. Internal sun gear of each reduction gear is of driven type and is fit on the shaft or made together with the shaft, and external crown gears are of drive type. Satellites of each reduction gear freely rotate on the axes fixed on carriers, which are freely fit on drive shaft and equipped with arbitrary number of locking rollers and can rotate together with satellites. End surfaces of both drive crown gears, which face each other, are equipped with conical rims and are constantly engaged with small conical gear freely fit on the axis fixed on the housing perpendicular to axis of both reduction gears. Drive of camshaft for the above engine is described.
EFFECT: increase in smoothness of piston stroke, reduction of inertia forces, and improvement of uniform rotation of the engine shaft.
