FIELD: medicine, toxicology, pharmacology, radiobiology. SUBSTANCE: invention is designated for determination of effective doses of toxic and drugs. Testing is carried out in test-objects for three stages. In the first stage range of doses is determined at which abrupt transition of effects from 0 to 1 occur. The second stage involves reproduction of the following sequences of effects by increasing or decreasing the dose in required range by 1.1-fold: 00-0001-11; 00-0010-11; 00-0011-11; 00-0100-11; 00-0101-11; 00-0110-11; 00-0111-11; 00-1000-11; 00-1001-11; 00-1010-11; 00-1011-11; 00-1100-11; 00-1101-11; 00-1110-11 being increasing a number six of test-objects. In the third stage additional tests in special required points are carried out and efficiency function is built by method of nuclear estimation of regression and effective doses are determined.
