FIELD: surgical instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow cylindrical milling cutter with end teeth and shank, and additional wire with centralizer. Additional wire serves as guide and is movable in longitudinal direction. One end of wire is located in additional hole of shank. Centralizer is installed in hollow part of milling cutter and movable in longitudinal direction, Shank is secured in milling cutter body with the help of threaded joint. Milling cutter has longitudinal recesses between teeth. Centralizer has conical working part for resting in fistula hole. EFFECT: extended operating potentialities of device due to higher accuracy of cutting. 1 dwg
