FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for surgical treatment of patients with cavitary forms of chronic osteomyelitis of long bones, as well as for replacement of residual cavities after oncological operations on bones. Device for osteoautograft sampling from iliac wing contains a guide, two tubular bodies alternatively used during sampling of a bone autograft with equal diameters, external diameters of which are made for inner diameter of the guide, both bodies with non-working ends have through holes for the key-shank. First body is provided with a cutting portion and a linear scale for assessing immersion in bone tissue. Cutting part of the first body is made in the form of cylindrical cutter with teeth. Second housing serves as extractor and is provided on inner side with two diametrically opposite guide vanes arranged along spiral for introduction clockwise, pointed at angle 60° from working end to top, perpendicular to inner wall of extractor and height of not more than 1/5 of inner diameter.

EFFECT: use of invention provides maximum preservation of layer-by-layer structure of bone autograft due to reduction of its deformation during extraction, obtaining a plastic material with unchanged biomechanical properties, precisely specified volume parameters and a rounded cross-section shape.
