FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring myopia degree before operation to match averaged maximum correction value to before operation myopia and determine myopia value to be corrected. The correction value is adjusted by varying it in inverse proportion to the before operation myopia magnitude by 0.15 diopters when varying the before operation myopia magnitude by 1 diopter and depending on age of patient having stable myopia by 0.05 diopters when patient age changes by 1 year.
