FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has clamping jaws which working surfaces form space for tissue under constriction when brought in occlusion and means for bringing the jaws in occlusion. The space for tissue under constriction is in the middle of the clamping jaws. The space is at least 2 mm long and at least 0.5 mm wide. The space length is not less than 1/3 of clamping jaw length and the width of each of the working jaws is not less than 0.5 mm and is equal to or greater than its height. EFFECT: improved tissue-jaws engagement conditions. 7 cl, 6 dwg
