SUBSTANCE: device has casing manufactured from flexible material. The casing has elongated tubular shape composed of at least two parts. The parts are connected to each other allowing deviation or displacement relative to longitudinal axis. At least one casing part manufactured as trocar connection means has working length not less than 1/4 times as large as external diameter of trocar counterpart.

EFFECT: improved troacar and surgical instrument engagement conditions.
