FIELD: surgical instruments.
SUBSTANCE: conductor can be used for precise introduction of trocar or puncture needle into tissues. Conductor giving transcutane access to stomach has ring-shaped case with adjusting fastening. Ring-shaped case has opening provided with guiding surface for surgical instrument. Case is made of biological inertial X-ray contrast material and it is provided with at least one additional fastening aid. Difference between maximal external size of ring-shaped case and maximal size of opening is equal to at least ¼ maximal size of opening. Adjusting fastening aid and at least one additional adjusting fastening aid are made in form of ligature latches for connecting them with stomach and with abdominal wall.
EFFECT: improved contact with tissues; reduced traumatism of post-operational check.
