SUBSTANCE: method designed for investigating physical and physical- chemical properties of liquid media involves following procedures: body of mass m and volume V is set in upward motion within liquid at force F₁ and its motion speed v_t is continuously measured up to finite value v₀₁ at distance H and then this body is moved downward by gravity at holding force F₂ while continuously measuring its motion speed v₂ up to finite value v₀₂ at same distance; measurement results are used to determine density and viscosity.
