FIELD: measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises setting a body of mass m and density ρp in motion in a fluid, the body moving downward from a given position, and measuring the velocity of the body when it accelerates and moves uniformly. The values measured determine viscosity and density of the fluid.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurements.
