SUBSTANCE: sweet liquor contains cranberry fruit infusion of I and II decantations prepared from 1700-1800 kg of cranberry per 1000 dal of final product; origanum infusion of I and II decantations prepared from 1.6-1.8 kg of origanum dry substance per 1000 dal of prepared product; 68- % sugar syrup, citric acid and aqueous-alcoholic liquid. Ingredients are used at the following ratio per 1000 dal of final product: citric acid, 9.8-10.2 kg; cranberry fruit infusion of I and II decantations, 3900-4100 l; origanum infusion of I and II decantations, 39-41 l; 68-% sugar syrup, 2750-2800 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance in terms of 24-% strength. Invention allows to produce sweet liquor with high taste quality, natural taste of cranberry with simultaneous slight aroma of foxberry, and natural color. EFFECT: broadened assortment of sweet liquors with reduced cost price; reduction or removal of food colors from beverage. _
