SUBSTANCE: composition for wine beverage "Ochei ocharovaniye" contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of final product: blueberry fermented-fortified wine material, 950-1050 l; citric acid, 7-9 kg; sugar, 1000-1100 kg; flavorings: concentrate "Vermut", 0.09-0.11 kg; chocolate, 1.99-2.1 kg; cream, 0.95-1.05 kg; raspberry essence, 1.99-2.1 kg; aqueous-alcoholic liquid treated by activated carbon, the balance. Composition of wine beverage "Slavyanka" contains per 1000 dal of final product: blueberry fermented-fortified wine material, 950-1050 l; citric acid, 7-9 kg; sugar, 1000-1100 kg; flavorings: concentrate "Vermut", 0.09-0.11 kg; black currant, 1.99-2.1 kg; aqueous-alcoholic liquid treated by activated carbon, the balance.
