FIELD: wine making. SUBSTANCE: for preparation of wine drink the following ingredients are used, kg/1000 dal: fruit wine material, 150-200; alcoholized fruit juice, 50-100; berry flavoring additive, 1-50; food colorant, 0.01-0.4; sugar, 495-505; ethyl rectified alcohol at the rate on blend strength 20.0-20.3% vol, the balance. Alcoholized black chokeberry juice is used as fruit alcoholized one. Fruit wine material contains apple and black chokeberry wine material in the amount, respectively, 20-25% and 75-80%. Apple alcoholized juice may be also used as alcoholized fruit juice. Food essence and flavor are used as a flavor. Fruit wine material may contain processed apple wine material or processed apple and black chokeberry wine materials, and fermented-alcoholized apple wine material. Sugar and blend are introduced in the form of sugar syrup for which preparation citric acid is used in the amount of 2.95-3.1 kg per 1000 dal. Used as food color may be caramel color in the amount of 1-3 dal per 1000 dal of drink. EFFECT: original taste and aroma with tints of various berries and wine; broadened assortment of wine drinks.
