Invention discloses methods of preparing chimeric and humanized antibodies and usage in pharmaceutical composition for prophylaxis and treatment of weight loss associated, in part, with malignant neoplasms. Antibody-base agent for inhibition of hypercalcimia and improvement of state in hypophosphatemia is developed. Invention ensures to obtain humanized antibodies exhibiting sufficient binding activity and neutralization of specific antigen (PTPrH) that is provided by means the development of effective methods of their preparing.
