FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to internal combustion engine with crankcase displacement scavenging. According to proposed method, in four stroke engine divided into sections comprising two cylinders with synchronously moving piston in each section, air is sucked into crankcase in amount of two cylinder when pistons move from bottom dead center to top dead center. When pistons move down from dead center to bottom dead center air is pressure fed into one of cylinders from crankcase. According to invention, at low and medium loads, air is fed through maximum load control gates, and at maximum loads, gates are closed and air is sucked into crankcase through crankcase intake valve. EFFECT: improved efficiency in operation, simplified design of engine. 4 cl, 1 dwg
