SUBSTANCE: four-stroke internal combustion engine with supercharging and vacuum intake has two cylinders with pistons occupying similar position relative to top dead center at crankshaft turning and moving with displacement of working process in cylinders relative to each other through 360 deg. It has fuel-air mixing system and ignition system for carburetor engines or fuel injection system for diesel engine, exhaust system, and crank gear.
