FIELD: food industry; applicable in production of confectionery products (sweets, wafers, biscuits), bakery products, processed cheese, glaze for ice-cream. SUBSTANCE: method involves using as seeds whole parts of hemp seeds preliminarily washed. Then they are dried at temperature in seed mass of 80-90 C and humidity not more 8%, cooled, ground up to powder and prepacked not separating from shell. Method allows to prepared food flour with rich content of mineral elements, including silicon, water- and fat-soluble vitamins and tocopherol.
