Method includes germination of seeds until development of germs with 1-2 mm height, their crushing up to homogeneous mass, extraction in hot water with hydromodule 1: 3-1: 5, and expressing through a filter. Prepared vegetable milk contains easily assimilable finely-peptide modified protein, free amino acids, soluble sugars, vitamins, macro- and microelements, and also biologically active substances.
