SUBSTANCE: device has two directed receiving units set at points with known fixed coordinates, each designed as pressure transducer, two receivers of oscillation speed, unit for orienting on directed reception relative to center line of excitation signal emitter and parametric receiving antenna reception transducer, two multiplication angles, four preliminary amplifiers, three band filters and three phase calculation units. The device as a whole has unit for determining azimuth angle, two units for determining secant plane inclination angle relative to horizontal plane, unit for inputting parametric receiving antenna base distance value, unit for inputting directed receiving units base distance values and five preliminary amplifiers.
