FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: aqueous-spirituous mixture is bubbled with ozone-air mixture in ozone concentration from 10 to 20 g/m³. In proportion of ozone concentration rise in mixture formaldehyde and then methyl alcohol are removed from mixture successively followed by removal fusel oils, aldehydes and esters by filtration of mixture through activated carbon. Carbon made of leafy tree species is used as activated carbon. The proposed invention allows to remove all harmful impurities from an aqueous-spirituous mixture, among them, methyl alcohol and formaldehyde. EFFECT: improved method of treatment. 2 cl
