SUBSTANCE: softened water is ozonized to provide ozone content 2 g/g/dm³, not less, followed by immediate mixing with alcohol and removal of unfavorable impurities from an aqueous-spirituous mixture. Mixture is purified with activated carbon by means it pressing through carbon with carbon dioxide. The proposed invention allows to obtain an aqueous-spirituous mixture with minimal content of harmful substances, for example, formaldehyde, methyl alcohol and content of aldehydes and fusel oils corresponding to requirements of All-Union State Standard.
