FIELD: medicinal industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the complex application of protective sucrose-gelatinous-milk medium both in the lyophilization process and in bacterial biomass accumulation. Method involves the application of sucrose-gelatinous medium as carbohydrate supplement in industrial strains culturing and preliminary application of fat-free milk as substrate for lactobacilli followed by its addition as component of protective medium to the bacterial suspension composition before drying. Invention proposes to add lactobacilli of species Lactobacillus acidophilus additionally for the enhancement of biological activity of preparation. Invention can be used for production of probiotics. EFFECT: optimization of method of preparation preparing, enhanced biological activity of preparation. 2 cl, 2 tbl, 3 ex
