SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a liquid composition containing a complex of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum 8P-A3, Lactobacillus fermentum 90Tc4 (pLFAp5), Lactobacillus casei C6, having probiotic properties.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a composition containing lactic acid bacteria in liquid form without the need for dilution, as well as with a long storage life, including after opening the bottle or after defrosting.
