SUBSTANCE: device functions to check for eccentricity between stator and rotor and has sensor for detecting rotorrunout, working member for controlling current used to correct runout in compliance with sensor data, rotor current regulator, device incorporating cores control member for building up electromagnetic force in direction of rotor center line and perpendicular to the latter.
