FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: instant cream contains from about 15 to about 30 wt.% of dry fat-free milk, sweet whey, fat component and aromatized substrate with coffee aroma. Cream is produced in the form of powder and contains gas for foam-forming. Cream may be a part of instant coffee drink "cappuccino". It excludes formation of cream small clumps at addition of water, and also allows to prepare stable foam in drink. EFFECT: improved taste. 10 cl, 2 ex
