SUBSTANCE: method involves filling room with gaseous mixture with oxygen concentration below organic substance ignition threshold; supplying oxygen-depleted air, with oxygen depleted in gas-separating apparatus, in unsealed room and simultaneously removing oxygen-enriched air from room, with pressure of gaseous mixture in room being maintained equal to atmospheric pressure.
