FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: fruit jelly candies of prophylactic purpose contains treacle, sugar, apricot gum, gingko extract (Lat. Gingko biloba), sorbitol syrup, and mixture of succinic and citric acids taken 1:2. The initial components in the mixture are used at the following ratio, wt %: treacle - 34-40, sugar - 15-18, apricot gum - 18-20, gingko extract - 6-9, mixture of succinic and citric acids - 0.8-1.1, sorbitol syrup - the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows for the production of fruit jelly candies with increased nutritional and biological value, lower sugar content.
