FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing left ligature end between palm surfaces of nail phalanges of the first and the third finger of the right hand and the right one fixing between palm surfaces of nail phalanges of the first and the second finger of the left hand and the hands are crossed holding the right hand above the left one. The ligature ends are hold under tension at equal distance and bring close. The ligature ends are crossed in the middle one third of the third fingernail phalanx of the right hand above the palm surface and between it and the first finger nail phalanx palm surface of the right hand. The ligature intersection is fixed. Nail phalanges of the first and the second finger of the left hand slide 4-6 cm along the right ligature end in distal direction and the end is brought at the same time to formed ligature window from the back surface of proximal part of the third finger nail phalanx of the right hand. The fifth fingernail phalanx of the left hand is introduced into the ligature window from the back surface side of proximal part of the third fingernail phalanx of the right hand. The approached right ligature end is put on its back surface and taken out of the ligature window as semicircular loop. The end is repeatedly fixed between the fourth fingernail phalanx palmar surface of the left hand and the fifth fingernail phalanx back surface of the left hand. Sliding along the right ligature end is carried out in distal direction until it completely leaves the ligature window. The end is additionally fixed between palmar surfaces of the first and the second finger of the left hand. The right hand is set in prone position and the third fingernail phalanx of the right hand is pulled out from the ligature window. The knot is tightened. The knot is additionally tightened by applying additional countertraction of ligature ends after additionally putting the straightened second finger of the right hand with its palmar surface on the left end of the ligature in the vicinity of the knot in particular cases.
