FIELD: plastic metal working, namely belt uncoilers, possibly apparatuses for feeding metallic band from uncoiler to shape bending mill. SUBSTANCE: rotary uncoiler includes two unclamping drums for belt coils and platform rotating around vertical axis and supporting shafts of drums. Each drum has outer segments for placing belt coil and housing having stationary and movable portions with flanges. Shackles are jointly connected with said flanges and they form together with outer segments of drum parallelogram type mechanism providing, if necessary possibility for changing diameter of drum.
