FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making incision in mucous membrane in the toothless area. Mucoperiosteal flap is separated. Guiding canal is drilled for introducing implant. Bone tissue is fully or partially dissected by using chisel or bore on the boundary of alveolar area to be enlarged. Implant having wood screw thread is completely or partially introduced. Bone tissue is separated along the dissection line and seal member is set. The mucoperiosteal flap is returned to its place and sutured. Detachable implant is used in particular cases. Dissection is done at alveolar process crest in particular cases when enlarging its volume and the implant is introduced from external or internal side of the alveolar process. An implant having conical pericervical part is applied in particular cases. EFFECT: accelerated treatment; reduced risk of traumatic and other complications. 4 cl
