FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making two vertical parallel incisions of mucous membrane on the cheek side of the alveolar process. Mucoperiosteal flap is separated. Tooth is removed. Maxillary sinus fundus osteotomy is carried out via withdrawn tooth cell. Autogenous bone or osteoplastic material is introduced. Implant is set. The cell is treated with cylindrical and conic mills in turn, to produce implant bed which diameter is less than implant diameter matching thread profile height in particular cases. Maxillary sinus osteotomy is carried out by means of conic osteotome having diameter close in size to built cell diameter. Separated bone fragment of the maxillary sinus fundus and mucous membrane are lifted to required distance. Autogenous spongious bone taken in the vicinity of maxillary tubercle or from chin area is placed on the fundus. Intraosseous implant with conic pericervical part having conic thread is introduced. Minimum thread diameter is equal to maximum apical part thread diameter. EFFECT: increased alveolar process height; improved functional and esthetical results; accelerated treatment course. 2 cl
