FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: the present method deals with operations on intraosseous implantation and restoration of dental defects. One should dissect mucosa and exfoliate mucousperiosteal fragment. Guiding canal should be developed by a cutting to introduce an implant. One should dissect compact layer, along the borders of increased section, mucous-periosteal fragment is applied to its place to be then sutured around implant's caput. Then it is necessary to fix orthodontic arch onto defect-restricting teeth and implant's caput by applying special technique with memorizing effect to remember the form and create the pull for traction. After increasing alveolar process for desired value one should carry out reimplantation to remove implant, deepen the bottom and introduce either two-stage or one-stage implant to carry out prosthetics after its healing. The method enables to shorten therapy terms, decrease traumaticity of operation and accelerate traction process. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 ex
