Proposed rotary engine has housing with inner cylindrical surface, combustion chamber, rotor with profiled outer surface and gates installed in housing slots for contacting with profiled outer surface of rotor to form fuel mixture intake chamber and waste gas exhaust chamber. Outlet gate is made for full opening in process of working travel of rotor along exhaust chamber and at exhaust of waste gases.
