) FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with obtaining embryogenic callus tissues. For their formation in the culture of unmature inflorescences one should apply MS meduim supplemented with vitamins B5 and 2 mg/l 2.4 D. Embryogenic calluses in anthers' culture should be obtained at medium additionally enriched with 200-500 mg/l L-glutamine and 500 mg/l myoinositol, as for stimulation of regeneration process it takes place after transfer of embryogenic callus tissues onto L-glutaminefree medium containing 10 mg/l 6-BAP and 0.5 mg/l alpha- NAA. Moreover, regenerating callus tissue is applied onto medium free of growth regulators for prolonged cultivation in vitro followed by successive isolation of root plants into nonsterile conditions. The innovation enables to obtain the culture of constantly regenerating callus tissues and shorten the time to obtain clones and decrease excessive consumption of culture media.
